Nakkekn\u00e6kker<\/strong> (Danish for “Neckbreaker”) is arguably the most successful “hype story” in recent Danish death metal history. Hailing from Silkeborg<\/strong>, the band formed in 2020 and achieved the rare feat of becoming a major festival mainstay across Europe before they had even released a single official song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In late 2024, upon signing with the legendary label Nuclear Blast Records<\/strong>, the band changed their name to the more internationally accessible Neckbreakker<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are also embarking on a headlining European tour throughout 2025 and 2026 to support Within The Viscera<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
